Reporting directly to the Workshop Manager, the successful applicant will be an experienced HGV Vehicle Technician responsible for maintaining commercial vehicles and trailers to MOT standard.
Day shift and night shift available.
The main duties of the role include:
- Carry out service maintenance & repair work to the HGV’s and trailers
- Diagnose and rectify all types of faults
- MOT preparation
- Tyre management
- Contributing to Health & Safety
- Conform to all site rules and regulations
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
The successful person will:
- Have high attention to detail
- Possess the ability to manage own workload
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a professional attitude
