Overseeing the entirety of each customer’s journey with us, the team in our Customer Services department is here to ensure every client of Fagan & Whalley remains happy and is well looked after!
Based across our network, our Customer Services department has input at every stage of the customer journey and is usually the first point of contact for the majority of our customers.
Handling incoming calls and customer emails, the Customer Services team deals with all customer enquiries and monitors bookings made via our online portal. For the team in this department, a large amount of their workload involves liaising with our Operations team to provide regular updates for customers who have consignments out on the road.
With two large BRCGS-certified locations at Frontier Park, Blackburn and Burnley Bridge, just off the M65, we identified our customers’ requirements to have a dedicated customer service team catering for the requirements of our warehousing clients. The warehouse Customer Service department has grown from two members of staff in 2010 to now containing eight full-time team members, with further investment planned over the coming year.
