Along with a portfolio of hauliers, we are responsible for the safe transportation of Class 7 Uranium to destinations stretching across the UK and into Europe.
Over the past 6 months, ten drivers have successfully completed ADR training, including Class 7, and specific training for UAM which are all necessities for carrying and delivering radioactive Cargo.
During the 3rd week of January, the first four drivers took part in a convoy from Preston, Lancashire, through to a nuclear facility in Holland, using specially designed trailers specific for carrying radioactive cargo.
