In 2010, seeking a local logistics partner whose commitment to quality, UK-wide service and cost-efficiency mirrored their own, Flexipol approached Fagan & Whalley. While Flexipol had various other groupage options at the time, they were open to exploring local alternatives that could offer greater flexibility and more extensive fleet coverage. And so, Fagan & Whalley, with our strategic location, strengthened fleet capacity and dedication to problem-solving, emerged as the ideal partner for Flexipol’s evolving requirements.
Solution
We began our partnership with the packaging supplier by providing dedicated groupage solutions and nationwide distribution of their goods. Our relationship with Flexipol has only grown since then, evolving naturally over time until we found ourselves as the exclusive groupage provider for the company.
Since then, we’ve continuously fine-tuned our logistics and warehousing services to ensure their products reach customers swiftly and securely, offering next-day delivery across the UK and dependable, timely shipments.
As Flexipol grew in size and incorporated more sites into their operations, we are proud to have implemented a customised, dedicated contract vehicle, enhancing their capability to move stock between different locations efficiently.
More recently, we have expanded our partnership even further to include the storage of Flexipol’s finished products within our Fagan & Whalley BRCGS-certified warehouses. This development means that a significant portion of their customer orders are now dispatched and delivered directly from our facilities. Again, this further streamlines their operations and allows us to provide a comprehensive solution that their customers can depend upon.
Over the last fourteen years, our partnership has been defined by our flexible, open-minded, and tailored approach, which has naturally expanded alongside Flexipol’s business.
