At Fagan & Whalley, we don’t cut corners when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. Therefore, it was a fantastic honour to be selected as a finalist for the ‘Customer Service’ award at this year’s UKWA Awards for Excellence, which was held on Tuesday, 27th of June, at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel.
With approximately one million people employed in the industry, the competition was tough. And although we didn’t manage to clinch the winning title this time, we take great pride in being recognised as one of the UK’s top warehousing customer service providers.
We’d like to thank the UK Warehousing Association for their continued support and for acknowledging the importance of exceptional customer service within our industry. Their recognition encourages us to continue raising the bar in the warehousing industry as we strive to exceed the evolving needs of our valued clients.
